Don't be afraid of Quebec

Quebec is a really friendly place to visit. Most folks, especially those you will meet in the tourist industry, will speak some English. They do appreciate a few words in French, such as Bonjour (Hello) and Merci (Thank you) and will reciprocate with their form of English. Many French words are similar to English words, anyway...and if you ever took Latin, there are even more clues. In any event, you will meet other English speaking campers and RVers who, together with your abilities, will help overcome what some see as a problem. And, don't forget...even though you are in Canada, if you are an American then Quebec is a foreign country. Any comments on travel in Quebec are welcome.
